SNORKELS & RAM HEADS
A snorkel is an important part of any 4 Wheel Driver's vehicle upgrade list, allowing greatly increased fording capabilities while protecting the engine from water ingression, and also providing the engine with a source of cool, clean air for maximum horsepower and torque.
Additionally, MPI have developed the Manta Landcruiser Air Ram, a fantastic product that replaces the round "Chinaman's Hat" OEM Toyota snorkel component found on all Landcruisers from the 1980's to current. This is a simple 10 minute installation, and while not only looking 100% better, it also delivers a ram air effect at highway speeds for improved performance. Finally, induction noise is significantly reduced with the Manta Air Ram, compared to the OEM Toyota snorkel top.
