As we turn the page on 2024, we want to take a moment to reflect on the year that was and share our vision for 2025. This past year marked a major milestone for Manta Performance as we celebrated 50 years of manufacturing and distributing high-quality exhaust systems.
Our focus in 2024 was simple: Be Faster and Easier to deal with! Some of the things we worked on over the past year include:
- Faster order despatch – most orders are now despatched within 2 hours of being sent to the warehouse.
- A focus on fixing problems, FAST!
- Onboarding more sales & customer service staff to handle enquiries
New product developments across 4WD, Street, and American truck exhaust systems:
- Ranger Raptor V6 twin 3in exhaust with factory bimodal integration
- Ford F150 3in cat back exhaust
- VDJ79 4in side exit & 4in aluminised steel exhaust
- Landcruiser 300 Series 4in exhaust
- FN Mustang exhaust with factory bimodal integration
- New MPI Automotive website with improved functionality
- Building up our universal components range along with competitive bulk pricing
We’re proud of what we achieved, but we know there’s always room to grow. Here are a few numbers to highlight our progress in 2024:
- Average phone answer times reduced to just 8 seconds!
- Order fulfilment improved from 75% to 95% (our highest ever), most orders are now dispatched same day
- 140+ out of our top 150 products consistently in stock across our warehouses
- Over 450 new SKUs in total added to our range over the year
A big shout out to every one of our employees across our 4 locations pulling together to help achieve this!
Looking ahead, we’re not slowing down! 2025 promises to be another big year, and here’s a few things we’re working on:
- Launch of a brand-new MantaPro.com.au website, featuring enhanced navigation and better product information, which will help drive more leads through our Dealer Locator
Expanded product ranges and exciting new releases, including systems for:
- New Prado 250
- New Mustang GT & Dark Horse
- Chevy & Ram 2500, and much more!
- A new warehouse outside of our current facilities in WA and VIC
- Appointment of a distributor in New Zealand to further increase our support for the NZ market
